1. Fill out your grant application form using the FHOG editable pdf file available at www.osr.qld.gov.au or from Aussie Springwood. Check it, print it and check it again.
If there is even the smallest of errors, the whole application may be required again from start
2. Ensure your lender has lodged your FHOG form with OSR immediately your loan is approved. You don’t want to delay receipt of your $7000 first home owners grant.
3. Make sure the details on your purchase contract eg. contract date, spelling of names, inclusion of middle names etc are 100% correct. Any mismatch will effect
timelines. Your details need to be matched exactly on your FHOG application form.
