My name is Marina and I am the morning BOXERCISE Instructor. I’ve been here for over 8 years and love the place. Some call me Sergeant Major but I know they are only joking.
I’m here for you in my class. I aim to keep it fun, motivating and never the same. You will never be bored; it’s a different class every day. We could do... rebound on mini tramps, dancing, step work, cardio, weights or plain old jumping around. I like to have fun too! We do a little running but lots of boxing technique on the hanging bags. We sometimes go outside when the days are great so that we can be ‘chilling’ in the breeze.
I have many different age groups of both Men and Women and you work to your own level. You don’t have to worry about anyone else in the class, that is unless you have brought a friend and want to beat the pants off them. I like these challenges – a little competition is all good!!
I love pushing you to your limits, but to be honest, some of us just want to have fun! I aim to please and help you through your fitness journey with no pain – or maybe just a little? It’s up to you! So come along and join our merry band of boxers.
